Love them both, Welshcakes - the first one evokes my stunned feelings when I first raced along the old Holyhead road to Anglesey and the ferry. I had to keep stopping to park and goggle at the views!
The latter's just beautiful - and makes one long to get out there into the landscape and explore it.
