ITALY AND EUROPE

I have shamelessly stolen this from my fellow-Welshie, Nerys, because I just had to show it to you. For me, the part about bureaucracy rings truest; what about you?

For any Italians reading: please take this in the spirit in which it is meant - in fun and admiration - because I love you!

Oh I so love this one! Which I saw some years back...truly hilarious (and true)!

Haha, very funny Welshcakes, but the parking spot part...a friend from New York once demonstrated how they park in New York. She spotted an empty stall from afar and raced around the lot to claim it before another car did. I swear she maneuvered into the narrow space so quickly and precisely, she could have stopped on a dime if she wanted to!

Hi, Lost. I hadn't come across it before. Hi, Rowena. Thanks for sharing the story about your friend's parking. It did cheer me up. I have a friend here who always parks diagonally and half out in the road!

Nope, you're down for deportation, Welshcakes.

I reckon so, James.

Yes very funny, I would love to know what your Italian friends make of it.

Hi, Ellee. All the ones who have seen it so far have laughed. I'll keep you posted.
