I love verdure grigliate and make them all the time for ourselves. Well actually I roast them I guess, so they are not really grilled. Same difference?

No, in a café, Abbey. But I do do them, using a ridged griddle pan. Tasty and healthy, cherrypie. Same difference, jmb, except I like the griddle pan marks! Ciao, Ellee.
