UMIDO DI AGNELLO

Last night I cooked up this Marches-style lamb stew, a recipe from Marcella Cucina. It contains potatoes, chilli pepper, tomatoes and, of course, plenty of garlic and rosemary!

Looks excellent, but I don't like lamb.

Hi, Liz and Steve. Maybe lamb is very much a British thing? Folks here only really go in for it at Easter.

Okay, switch out the rosemary for cilantro, and you'll have my Indian's friend's dinner!

Er, you'll need to add a little tumeric to it, too. Heh!

Southern Californians love their lamb. We can buy lamb everywhere!

Looks great WCLC. Lamb is my very favourite. Must because I'm Australian. I've got that book. Must look the recipe up. Have you tried Nadia's morning coffee cake with winter fruits? That is a great not too sweet cake.

Hi, Bonnie. I love adding turmeric to recipes! I need to buy up some lamb to freeze while it's available here. jmb, I don't know of Nadia. Can you enlighten me? Lee, I love lamb too. And I 've never yet cooked a Marcella recipe which hasn't worked.
