WOW... haven't heard that in ages, I had completely forgotten it!
Does that ever happen to you? You hear something you used to listen to as a kid, and suddenly you realize that you recognize it and know all the words, and memories come rushing back as vividly as if you were a child again?
I often feel that way about Dean Martin and Louis Prima too.
Hi, Ruthie. Yes, that happens to me, too - I hear music that must have been in the background of my life at some point and then that starts a chain of memoried... Looking forward to reading that post. Will be over later.
I'm a sort-of retired language teacher from Cardiff, Wales, UK, now trying to make a new life in Sicily. I'm not growing vines, making olive oil or restoring a palace stone by stone!

Oh that's brilliant stuff! It's certainly much, much better than Zucchero!
Glad it appeals, Dodo. I prefer him to Zucch too!
Patrizio! Patrizio! I scream! Patrizio! ;)
What a treat - thanks Welshcakes!
Fabulous stuff, right up my street.

No way, Welsh! He's all mine! In my dreams! ;)
Fight you for him, Lee!

Thanks for this.
Incidentally, Welshcakes, this inspired me, in a roundabout way, to start thinking about childhood and friends and now I've written a post about it.
Thanks again.
