Considering how awful I feel living in the swing state of Florida in these dark times (in the not-so-United States of America), being reminded there is still such a delight as Tiramisu is a pleasant escape from reality.
I'm a sort-of retired language teacher from Cardiff, Wales, UK, now trying to make a new life in Sicily. I'm not growing vines, making olive oil or restoring a palace stone by stone!

That looks delicious.
I'm about to make a date, banana, ginger and walnut loaf...not as romantic and decadent as Tiramisu, but it will be nice. :)
