Congratulations to Modica's Antica Dolceria Bonajuto upon its inclusion in the "golden list" in Sua Eccellenza Italia, a volume published in December by Gambero Rosso, the multimedia food and wine publishing group, in celebration of its 25th anniversary.   

The citation reads,

"There is no gourmand who does not know of Modican chocolate and they will know of it because of Bonajuto, Sicily's leading chocolate makers, who continue to excel in their work after almost 150 years."
