Looks like comfort food to me. Is it safe to assume that the beef you eat in Modica does not come from Concentrated Animal Feed Lots (CAFOs)?
That looks very tasty, bu doesn't look like the steak we have at home. How lovely to be taken out for lunch.
We're going out for lunch today, but it will be Chinese, Cantonese style, which I love, lots of crunchy vegetables, sliced duck and chinese mushrooms, my fav.
