Just a couple of photos for you this afternoon; we have got our blue sky back and so I went around snapping what took my fancy. The juxtaposition of the almond tree among the palms struck me in this garden as I passed and I have always liked the statue of Christ looking out over the town and, hopefully, protecting it, from the other side of the Sacro Cuore Church.

We had blue skies today too, though I believe we may be due for a very cold snap.
Hi WCLC,
I am so enjoying your photos. A palm tree and an almond, what a contrast. Is there really a Spring there? What's the temp now? I was there in June and it was very hot then.
Regards

Hi, Ellee. We are just hoping it doesn't flood again for Eurochocolate! Thanks, jmb. Temp now about 17 C daytime but gets colder quickly from about 5pm. June can be hot but the worst heat comes in July - worse than August!
Blue sky here today, too...I think. I've hardly poked my nose out the door as I've been prepping most of the day for tonight's dinner party and am now about to head for the shower, in an attempt to make myself presentable!
My cabin is full of the aroma of dinner and I'm already getting hungry, but I guess a couple or so champers before dinner will quell the pangs a bit! ;)
Our blue sky yesterday has turned to clouds and rain. Nice pictures.
Maybe if the town asks, He'll watch over it.
Hi, Lee. I bet that's a wonderful dinner and I'm coming over to read about it! Hope you enjoyed the champers! Sorry you've got rain, Steve. Is it cold there? James, I'm sure the townsfolk do ask Him.
