NIGELLA'S CHICKEN AND SAUSAGE, ITALIANISED

This is another dish that I make when, as now, I am in much need of comfort.  The recipe is in Nigella's Feast book.  I find it works best, here, if I use dried sausage from the butcher's and I am convinced that it is the Sicilian lemon that makes it special.

Thank you again for another delicious meal. And for the link to Nigella. My son, when he visits, truly appreciates what I'm learning with you. All the best!

Sounds good. I have a new rice recipe for you: boil basmati rice for 7 minutes, leave it in the water for 7 minutes. Drain, fluff & mix with chopped marinated peppers, a bunch of chopped fresh mint, olive oil & a dash of balsamic vinegar.
