Sicilian storms have precluded much use of the computer for the past couple of days but this morning dawned brighter. On my way to a medical appointment in Ragusa, I took this photo of the approach to Ragusa Ibla to share with all of you.
I love Ragusa, esp. Ibla, it is so pretty, the walk there from the train station is so spectacular. I love Sicily, it is my most favorite place in the world (so far). I made 2 trips to Sicily last year. I'd love to visit again.
I'm a sort-of retired language teacher from Cardiff, Wales, UK, now trying to make a new life in Sicily. I'm not growing vines, making olive oil or restoring a palace stone by stone!

A great photo... hope your keeping well x
Thanks, dragonstar. Yes, quite a contrast and we had another storm by lunchtime! Hi, Sally. I'm much better, thank you but it's a slow job. x
God I need to get away from London for a while.
Really looks lovely.
Lovely photo, but I wish it were bigger.
Have you considered taking part in "That's My World Tuesdays?" Here's the link:
