Found these oven-ready at the butcher's this morning and they looked so pretty that I just had to try them! [Tomatoes neatly stuffed with minced pork, topped with zucchini and tiny cherry tomatoes.]

What a delight for the eyes Welshcakes as I am sure they will be for the stomach. Lucky you have captured them for posterity. Enjoy.
They look far too good to eat. My food never looks as colourful as this. I wonder why.
I just joined Nutrisystems to lose weight... the diet system where you get your meals shipped to you...your food blogs are going to be pure torture from now on. It will surely be a test of will power...

You know they look so delicious. Were they?
See Griselda got in before me today. Yes, they were delicious and the pork was too.
Wonderful colour combination. If they taste anywhere near as good as they look you're in for a lovely meal.
and .... were they as nice as they look?
How did you cook them and what did you serve them with?
Even though I do not know what is in the pork mix, looks easy enough to have a try at myself.
What did they turn out like Welshcakes?
These look gorgeous!
They look delicious :-) How were they?
Those look yummy! What a treat!
They were good, jmb. Thanks, Calum. I couldn't have got the things to look as neat as that myself! Ciao, pink. Sorry!! Griselda, welcome to my blog. They were! James, I see you two are in a race! Yes, they were rather nice, weren't they? They did, dragonstar. Deejay, I brushed them with olive oil and heted them in a low oven in a lightly oiled baking dish. They turned out very welll, nunyaa. Thanks, Denise, cherry and Leslie.
How did they taste? Look interesting... but not sure?
