Please, dear Pat, send it here, pronto. And a few more I've missed before. Wouldn't that be nice if we could do that, via screen? And, at Christmas, I would share, with you, our special French Canadian Tourtière (meatpie). I do enjoy all your food presentations. You make them look so yummy. At times, it encourages me to cook. But, this week-end, I'll probably treat myself to an ice cream cone, and think of you, in Sicily, with your artistic fancy dish. All the best!

It's a good thing we can't put on calories just longing for the things we see posted on these blogs. I would have consumed about 50,000 calories today alone! That dish of yours looks so good and it is huge...enough to satisfy my sweet tooth!
