Hi, Lee. I think you've done very well! Pirandello's birthplace, near Agrigento, is well worth a visit, as is Bellini's in Catania. Torrone is eaten mostly around Xmas and you have to be careful as it's a potential tooth-breaker! Focacce or scacce are traditionally filled with broccoli for Xmas Eve.
