A LITTLE BIT OF WALES

Dining out with friends the other day, I was surprised and delighted to see these among the condiments:



And what a pretty way to serve a steak!

It looks delicious but it's enormous! I guess you cut the portions for each person?

Almost like an artist's palette! Did you share it? I doubt I could eat that much meat in one go!

I didn't know that sea salt was a Welsh speciality!

Okay...I thought they might contain salt, but I wasn't sure. Thanks. :)

I don't eat steak that often these days, but when I do, I love a big, fat juice one. That one depicted has set off my taste buds, I must admit!

The Halen Mon salt is quite famous, WW. Hi, Lee. That was the best steak I've had since I've been here!
