Have you ever eaten ravioli stuffed with Borage and ricotta? I read about it in a book and found a borage plant at a nursery and have one growing in my yard here in California. I intend to try the recipe.
Beautiful! Thanks for sharing. It's so cold in Toronto, with new, recent snow covering the roads. I gave up on Spring and flowers. But I'm happy for you. Joyeux Printemps!
Hi,jams. Yes, so pretty. Hi, Patricia. No, I've never eaten that but it sounds delicious. Hi, Leslie. Sounds lovely. I love the scent of Devon violets. Hi, Claude. I hope spring comes soon for you there. Thanks for your good wishes. Thanks, Cherie. I never thought of that, Angus! Hi, Jan Pag. I hadn't realised you were in Cardiff! I wish I could, WW! I know exactly what you mean, Saretta. We can't be sure till May. Yes, indeed, LindyLouMac. Hi, Ellee. You could make some ravioli and use the ricotta to fill them or get some cannoli, sweeten the ricotta and use it to fill these.
I'm a sort-of retired language teacher from Cardiff, Wales, UK, now trying to make a new life in Sicily. I'm not growing vines, making olive oil or restoring a palace stone by stone!

And it almost rhymes with orange:)
I love borage -so pretty. Ours our nowhere near out - but then Cardiff had a frost last night!
Bring out the Pimms, WL!
Pretty color! We have flowers blooming here in Puglia, too, but it's not spring for me till I can put away my winter coat!
A welcome sight :)
I can't imagine eating ravioli stuffed with borage and ricotta. I have some ricotta in my fridge and I'm not quite sure what to do with it.

I hope you've got your Blogger problem solved. One more suggestion: close the browers and re-boot your computer. That should clear out any changes.
Nick, I love you! Thank you so much. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
