Some really curly ones here, Welshcakes.
Too hard for me, I'm afraid. Besides, my mind is troubled with all those juicy marrows I've got to use up before they go off. Oh, if only someone could post an authentic, freezer friendly, recipe for Sicilian ratatouille, if such a thing exists.
Hint, hint.
(appallingly cheeky blag, I know, but if you don't ask you don't get ;-) )
Sorry Welshcakes, I cheated and looked :)
Curly, James?? Hello, HH. How nice to see you. By Sicil ratatouille, I presume you mean caponata? I posted an authrntic recipe here:
http://sicilyscene.blogspot.com/2007/03/caponata.html
Sorry - I dunno how to put a link in the comments. Might be simpler to just enter "caponbata" in the search thing at the top, if you see what I mean.
Nunyaa, what are quizes for, if not for cheating?!
Another dismal result for me!
Thanks for trying, jams!
