A PIZZA FOR NELSON?

I'm not a very nutty person - well, not foodwise! - but I do like pistacchi, so when I saw that you could get a pizza containing them, I couldn't resist it. My local pizza takeaway calls this a "Bronte" pizza because, as every Sicilian knows, the best pistacchi come from that town.  Here's my "Bronte" pizza, which also contained mozzarella, tomatoes and mortadella:

Now, in 1799 Admiral Horatio Nelson was created Duke of Bronte. Click here to discover how this happened and to find out about the town of Bronte's possible connection with the British Brontë sisters.

I have raw nuts every day...they're so full of nutrients.

In my NutriBullet each morning I make a thick juice/smoothie of a variety of fruits...4 or 5...this morning's bounty was made from strawberries, an apple, a banana, a kiwi fruit and an orange...all blended together with raw nuts, linseeds aka flaxseeds, sunflower seeds (sometimes pepitas/pumpkin seeds are also included) and maca powder. Water is added to the above and then the NutriBullet within a couple of seconds does the rest...and then that becomes my breakfast. I'm addicted!

The Bullet is great, Pat...simple to use; and very easy to clean. (no fine sieve to clean like on fruit/vege juicers). You drink from the container in which the "drink" is made. I wonder if they're available in Sicily.

Thanks for your link "On Nelson's Trail"...a very interesting read. :)
