There's nothing like
focaccia on a cold evening, especially when it has come straight out of a wood-fired oven, has a crunchy crust and you cut it to reveal perfectly formed layers of the lightest bread pastry, with a filling of tomatoes and onion ready to ooze out....
I could do with some of that, it is very chilly here tonight! :-)

ReplyDeleteI like it with the herb rosemary and garlic. We had lots of focaccia on our cruise and the boys loved it. Waitrose sell a good one, but maybe i should try making some too. Do you have a recipe? I have guests coming next weekend I could try it on.
