ReplyDeleteBelated best wishes to la Loren, beautiful pour de bon. Have always appreciated her response to a question about exercise at the beginning of the exercise marketing boom. She said something along the lines of: "what's wrong with walking? I live in a city - I WALK everywhere. All you need is a pair of comfortable shoes." Quite right, too. All those women spending (what to me is) a fortune on the latest gym kit and getting in their cars to go to the gym - words fail!
