It's a "Chocolate Espresso On the Go". It's the size of a sweet but contains real espresso and chocolate and a little straw to drink it! They are wonderful when chilled. I only opened it up for the photo - there's a mark on the lid where you should pierce it with the straw. I'll put a photo of an unopened one up tomorrow.
