ONE FREED

I was delighted, just now, to be able to edit my Alan Johnston button in the sidebar by writing "Free at last" above it . Now I would like to be able to write "Found alive and well " above my Madeleine button. Let us not forget her.

    Good morning WL!

It is wonderful about Alan and so warming to read the words of his parents - they will take it slowly and gently with him.

Yes, Madeleine being found would be equally marvellous.

  3. Buongiorno, Shirl and marymary. I'm an early blogger today! Isn't it nice to read some good news? I'm sure all our thoughts are with the McCanns.

  4. It was wonderful to see Alan's parents with a weight lifted from them on the TV this morning.

Oh how I wish that some clues as to Madeline's whereabouts could be found. I often wonder what thoughts and emotions are going through her little head

  5. Hi, Age. Yes, poor little girl. She must be so confused. My thoughts are constantly with her and her parents. I'm going to watch some of the Alan Johnston coverage now.

  6. Great news indeed, you've just reminded me to remove mine. And let's hope there is good news for Madelein's recovery too.

  7. Oh, Ellee, wouldn't it be wonderful if they found her alive and well? I just can't stop thinking about them all.

  8. Isn't it great about Alan Johnson? Sadly I fear a happy result will not be the case little Madeline. But I hope it will be so.

  11. janejill, jmb, all we can do is hope and keep her in our thoughts. Ruthie, yes, it must be an enormous relief for him and his family. He said yesterday that he is very grateful to his BBC colleagues.
