I MEET A SICILIAN BLOGGER!

I was delighted to have made the acquaintance, this afternoon, of Nanni, who has this interesting blog about the nearby town of Scicli. It was great meeting you, Nanni!

Does he undestand English, is he one of your students?

Hi, Ellee. No, Nanni found my blog and contacted me. He has done a Master's in London and his English is excellent.

I visited his blog, but unfortunately couldn't read it.

Did Clinton fire her first shot?

This is from the NY Times on Al Gore. Looks like he is preparing to run for president and the Clinton camp is worried.

If you're single in Sicily, I don't think it will be for long!

Steve, I'm sure Nanni appreciated your visit anyway. WW, how very gallant of you! You have cheered me up on a rainy day.

Perhaps Nanni might like a guest spot on your blog to introduce himself in English.

Good idea, Ellee.

He's a good-looking fella! Is he spoken for? I'm just asking ...

Ellee's idea of a guest spot on your blog is a good one - 'cos I can't read Italian either.

Hello Guys, finally i can write on this blog. I have been to Milan for a job interview and thus I couldn't surf the internet for a while. Somebody here could argue that Milan is full of internet-points where to surf, but unfortunately i was so busy to do that.

I was in London for almost one year and 5 months in Oxford. It was a worth experience cos i met people from around the world.

I was born in Scicli near by Modica. I can guarantee my town is nicer than the city of chocolate.
You might like to read an article of the New York Times over this part of Sicily by clicking on the following link http://query.nytimes.com/gst/fullpage.html?sec=travel&res=9D0DE4D71039F936A25755C0A9659C8B63

What can i add? I like international politics and for a bit I followed the Britsh one. I know some of you can get irritated for what i am going to write, but I was a big fun of Tony Blair because he (it much better to say Anthony Giddens) came up with that brilliant economic and political idea, known as THE THIRD WAY.

I like taking pictures. There was a time when I wanted to become photojournalist but after i gave up. Go to this website and have a look at some pictures of mine

Have a good day

p.s I do like British humor
