MOUNTAINGIRL'S PHOTO CHALLENGE - DOMESTIC

Time for my friend mountaingirl's Photo Challenge and this week's theme is "Domestic". Well, here there is some "domestic" production going on: Look at the top of the wall between the two parapets. Can you just see some red objects lined up there?

They are tomato halves drying in the sun and they will become sun-dried tomatoes in oil.

You just gave me an idea, I think I will dry my own this year! What are the best tomatoes to use?

oh cool! I imagine if i tried to do that here the parrots would be lining up before long! Although I have just managed to grab some heritage tomato seeds from MG today, so I'd love to have a go in summer when we have lots of tomatoes, great shot :)
